We just want to thank you.

Dear God, 

We just want to stop and thank you:

1. For Sara and Julianna and Jazzy all getting baptized together.

2. For the opportunity to serve and worship and sing together with a like-minded, awesome church. 

3. For letting me see every piano student but one actually place when they competed. And I thank you for every memory made with every student. For the blessing of being part of their musical journey. I pray that they would, if nothing else, be themselves and give You THEIR best.

4. What a blessing to see and be a part of a church-wide revival that went for 3 weeks!!

5. For calling Sara to be a missionary and for her surrender.

6. For so many "handfuls on purpose." Meat, cheese, bread, money, gas, odd jobs. It was like for several months, when the last pound of meat would be in the fridge, then here would come another 2 weeks of meat! It was strange that we would always get two weeks worth at a time.

7. For miraculously letting us live off of $20,000 ($10,000 going to rent) for a whole year and then seeing You take care of all the rest that that just didn't cover.

8. For keeping a roof over our head for one year after loosing the job, never getting a permanent job yet there was food on our table and clothes on our back( even new ones sometimes) that You blessed us with.

9. Keeping good, loving, praying friends and family around to support us during the tough times.

10. For messages and sermons that were like our necessary food. Messages from You that would revive us and put wind back in our sails, and encourage us to keep going forward even "when the star quits shining". This was truly "good news from a far county."

11.  For wisdom on how and what to sell to make payments for this or that. For wisdom on how to go out and come in from day to day. 

12. For allowing a way for Johnny to go to Kindergarten, he absolutely loves school.

13. For giving grace to others so they'll have grace with us.

14. For the lost we've been allowed the opportunity to witness to in the area in which we live.

15. For the great new friendships.

16. For granting me the blessing of once again doing what I love, teaching music, hymns of the faith being played and mastered, this is my prayer Lord.

17. For healing.... Johnny's head up pretty good after a very hard split on some bricks!!And for healing my body after issues I faced last year and grace to walk on.

18. For every time You heard our cry, for every answer to every prayer, every promise we could cling to.

19. For the supernatural strength to run our race despite all odds.

20. We thank You for the valley. The valley that made our steps more alert, that drew us closer, that taught us how to be more full of faith. 

YOU WERE THERE!!! every step of the way.

So help us to trust Your way, not to lean on our own understanding, but to let You direct our paths.

We can trust You.
