So of course, we all have mixed emotions about this.
We thought we would be here at least to see Nathan marry Jasmine ;) thats what he said he was planning anyway!
So anyway, this is how the conversation went......
Me: "What do feel about moving sweetie?"
Sara: "Disappointed"
Julianna: "I'm happy that we are going where God leads...um...I know I can write my friends....um....I will miss my friends but God will take care of me."
Jasmine: " One question, are we going to have chores there?"
J.R.: "Can Conner come with me?"
So, yes, mixed emotions are among us but we all agree on this one thing, we wouldn't trade this chapter of our life for anything in the world. And my wise friend, Mrs.Rose said it right, "God makes no mistakes." Farther along we'll know all about it, farther along we'll understand why.
We're indebted to those who helped us after John lost his job, for family for friends who showed real interest in us and prayed or helped look for jobs or shared groceries, we humbly thank you.
Our church family has been a huge source of encouragement, support and joy, we are surely going to miss them. Life long friends were made and those are hard to find. What great services, great worship and great growth we've experienced together!! We are not all the same, we are not all hotdogs :) we are all different no fingerprint the same and God wants us that way. We are so thankful for those who just let us be "the BERsette's ( as Bro. Wilson called us). We appreciate every card, every sermon, every kind word, every prayer, every laugh, every bag of grocery, every pat on the back, every shoulder to cry on and every heart that bore our burden with us. It doesn't feel that its been all that hard of a struggle really, because of this and partly due to the fact we WANTED to be there and make it work. God supplied every need. We had no food stamps, no government cash aid, just God, sometimes he used His people but sometimes he used other means,..he worked in so many mysterious ways. He's awesome like that!! We ask y'all to remember us during this transition and know the Bissette's love you very much.
