Family Night/ Progressive Dinner

The church I grew up in had what's called "progressive dinners" and different ministries, at different times of the year would load up in the church van and go to one church family's house where we began the progressive dinner with appetizers and then to the next family's house for soup and salad and then on to the next house where we had the main meal and so on, all the way to dessert. I absolutely loved it every single time we did this!!! Every meal was a mystery. 

Sooooo......I thought it would be fun to have our own  progressive diner as a family but at different restaurants instead of houses. Although we did it on a budget, we still enjoyed some of the best food you will ever eat!! We had the "appetizer" at home and then went on from there to have supper at the.....

 Sara coming back from the bathroom after running to spit out the wasabi her Dad had her try, I tried to warn her! 

And from there we went to Crab Tree Valley Mall to have dessert at the famous......

Cheesecake Factory!

Ok on to dessert now.....

We teach our children not to over indulge so.....you see she's really applied it to her life and has learned well (toungue in cheek) .
