Greek Frozen Yogurt Bites-
We eat ALOT of yogurt at my house. I make it from scratch (I'll share that another day). It's amazing for gut health, full of probiotics and actually helps reduce inflammation etc.... So I'm always looking for new ways to eat it so it's not always the same old yogurt parfait. These yogurt bites are fun and super easy and literally took 5 minutes. Pick your Greek yogurt of choice, bag it (I used a ziploc and clipped the end) and then squirt out little swirls of yogurt on a pan and then freeze them. I wanted a chocolate strawberry theme so I used strawberry yogurt and I added mini chocolate chips for a real health-conscious reason, I love chocolate. And done, these are really good, full of probiotics, yummy and guilt-free.
