You turned the big 10 and already a decade of your life has past.
We feel so blessed to have been given you by God.
Dad and I thought we had so much to teach you when you came into this world.
You were the first, the "guinea pig" of the bunch, and we had all the ambition that every new parent does
and yet we realize now, you were the one, many times, doing the teaching. You taught us more than we ever could have imagined, about ourselves, about you, about girls, about life.
Thank you for your patience with us as we've made mistakes and haven't always been the perfect parents.
We take our jobs very seriously and we continue to need your prayers for us as we do our best to prepare all four of you to bloom where God's planted you now and in the days ahead.
We love you Sara and here's some "keepsakes" of how we celebrated your special day.
Love her shirt from her friend Abbie... |
