Our children have learned that there's always someone worse off...
That a smile goes a long way....
That a hug can cheer someone's day....
That God doesn't stop loving you when you get old and feeble.
That God still hears and answers the forgotten ones, He remembers them!
That life is but a vapor....
That older folks still like to have fun, just because they're older doesn't mean they are dead :)
And how much joy there is in serving....
this they simply learned from serving right here in the home, that's a priceless gift.
We looked to be a blessing and instead, feel like we have received blessings beyond measure.

This lady in the white sweater whose back is facing the camera just passed away this week:( that's
#9 out of our 15-20 regulars in a year and a half. We are sad and will miss her, we get attached, we can't help it.
