My kids LOVE these frozen treats and make these pops themselves now it's that easy, tasty and full of probiotics and vitamin C as well.
Healthy Pops Recipe
What you need:
1 cup of yogurt of choice
1and 1/2 cups of canned premium fruit( undrained)
Pop makers
What we did:
Just pour about 1 cup of your children's favorite yogurt and half a jar of fruit (or 1 and 1/2 cups of your canned or fresh fruit of choice) in a bowl then mix, pour and freeze!
I might add here that I cut the fruit into smaller, petite-sized pieces before I poured. It froze more evenly and was more evenly shaped in the pop maker. But you do you! no one can be you better than you by the way;)
Easy, peasy and semi-healthy ;) yes, fresh fruit would be better but this premium fruit is preserved in 100% fruit juice and I like to use organic yogurt if possible and that's actually quite healthy too :)
