Counting your blessings is a tried and proven anti-dote for the blues.

Because when you stop and think about it, our God is pretty awesome and life is pretty good.

Below is my gratitude journal, I've been loving this routine before bedtime. 

A thankful heart is a happy heart. What a difference in our outlook on life, by just writing down a few things each night that we are thankful for!! Really jogging our mind and chronicling His blessings is an attitude adjustment every time and a real joy! Also, I've noticed it kind of trains your mind to live in a state of gratitude throughout the day.
If you can remember His goodness  without writing it down,  of course, that's great too! Hope this helps someone somewhere, maybe burdened down or discouraged tonight:)
